1. I pick this PSA because I think it will help me decide which side to pick

2. I think I will have to agree with this PSA everyone has a right to wear what they want with in the dress code.

PSA #4

1. A lot of people follow what other people do and if you don't have a seat belt than I bet other people don't so put on your seat belt and others will too.

2. people follow others so if you stop bullying than others will to and you can stop bullying by what people look like. And if you do that than you might not have to wear uniforms.

1. I pick this because people judge people by the way they look.


2. Just because people look a different way they you do doesn't mean you can make fun of them. That's also a reason they want us to wear uniforms so everyone looks the same.

1. I picked this one because a lot of people don't think before they say things and it hurts people.

2. This could help me because If you wear uniforms than you can't make fun of what someone is wearing because you are wearing the same thing.

PSA #1

1. I choose this because a lot of people haven't got a shot and it important to get it so you will stay healthy.

2.I could help people show that just because you didn't have the shot (or wear the uniform) does't mean that you will die.

9-10 Amendments

One they have to keep the roads in good shape.
Two make sure that people have licenses that are suppose to have.
Three the have to establish school systems.
four make sure restaurants follow specific health rules determined by the state.
Five they also can set speed limits on state highways.

One they have power of the taxes.
Two they have the power to pass laws.
three and they also the power to punish criminals.

Issue a teaching license to someone who has applied and has met all the requirements yes the government takes care of that because they have to establish schools and teachers are part i schools.

Make a treaty with a foreign country yes because that is keeping our country safe.

Set health codes for restaurants yes because that is keep our well-being to not get sick and keep us healthy.
Issue a marriage license- yes because they have to make the marriage final.

Declare war Yes to keep our people safe so no one gets hurt.

5th-8th Amendment

witness- A witness is a person that has scene the crime being committed.
Indict- is to be charge with a offense or crime
Testify- is to to up in font of a jury and talk about the crime that has been committed.
Grand Jury- Is a group of people selected to listen and look over the crime for what the witness and defendant have to say.
Due Process-An established course for judicial proceedings or other governmental activities designed to safeguard the legal rights of the individual.
Capital Punishment- punishment by death for a crime (death penalty).
Excessive-Exceeding a normal, usual, reasonable, or proper limit.

Bail- amount of money given to a criminal to get out of jail.

Peer- a person of the same legal status

Do you believe that people accused of crimes deserve all of these rights or just some of them? Why or why not? I think people should have all of those rights because without them it would not be fair. It would be bad and be just like To kill a mockingbird and tom did not get a fair tail and that was not right. So I think that even criminals should get all these rights because without them it would not be fair.
